How Do Baby Gear Deliveries Work ?Standard Delivery Between 8 AM – 7 PM Priority Delivery Between 11 AM – 5 PM (extra fee applies) Airport Delivery We can deliver gear right to the airport! Share your flight info, and we’ll meet you after landing. (Extra fee may apply.) Hotels, Resorts & Vacation Rentals We deliver directly to your accommodation and can often coordinate with your host or hotel to have everything ready before you arrive. Family Residences Visiting family or hosting guests? We’ll deliver and set up your gear ahead of time for a smooth arrival. Self-Pickup & Return Currently, we don’t offer self-pickup or return. Our team handles all deliveries and pickups to keep things hassle-free and safe. Clean & Safe Gear Every rental item is deep cleaned and inspected before and after each use.

Where do you deliver ?From Little River in the north to Pawleys Island in the south — covering Myrtle Beach, North Myrtle Beach, Cherry Grove, Surfside, Garden City & more.

What’s included in delivery ?Delivery, pickup. If we need to return to the property for reasons outside our control, a one-way trip fee applies.

How far ahead should I book ?As early as possible! Popular items (like cribs) often sell out during peak travel seasons.

When do I pay ?Full payment is required at booking to reserve your items — like booking a vacation rental.

How is rental duration calculated ?Rental days are counted by calendar days, including the first & last day. Example: Saturday evening to the next Saturday morning = 7 days.

Do you offer long-term rental discounts ?Yes we offer long-term rental discounts (Discount applies to rental items only, not delivery fees.)

Can I change my reservation ?Yes! Email or text us at least 48 hours in advance to add/remove items, change dates, or update the delivery address.

Are items clean ?Absolutely. Every item is deep cleaned, sanitized & inspected before and after each rental.

What if something gets very dirty ?You’re responsible for returning gear in the condition it was delivered. Excessive dirt, smoke, or damage may result in a $25 cleaning fee per item or replacement cost if needed.

What’s included with a full-size crib ?A hardwood crib (fixed sides) with a 5-inch mattress, suitable for infants and toddlers.

Do you install car seats ?No — due to insurance and liability, we can’t install car seats. Please refer to the included manual and instructions printed on the seat itself.
