You place a reservation, confirm it, and we deliver your items to your vacation home.
When you leave please leave the items that you have rented back in the place it was delivered unless otherwise advised. We work with most rental companies and resorts.

 

Equipment Use

The equipment is not to be dismantled (taken apart), its sole purpose is to be used in the condition it was delivered in. If equipment is dismantled (taken apart) you will be charged a $50 fee for misusing the equipment.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY

In consideration of the Terms and Conditions between myself and Baby Gear Myrtle Beach, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms: 

I understand that certain risks of injury exist from the use or misuse of any baby or children item, including the potential risk of serious injury, disability or death from the use of such items. 

I understand that I am releasing Baby Gear Myrtle Beach from any liability. 

I knowingly and freely assume all such risks above, both known and unknown and assume full responsibility for the use of the rented items. 

I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs or anyone using these items, hereby release, hold harmless, and agree not to sue Baby Gear Myrtle Beach. 

I further agree that this RELEASE OF LIABILITY shall be governed by the laws of the State of SC and any court related issues will be located in the Baby Gear Myrtle Beach's County. 

Finally, I have read and understand this Terms and Conditions Contract and RELEASE OF LIABILITY and fully understand its terms. 

I fully understand that I have given up substantial rights by submitting my order and I agree to it freely and voluntarily without inducement.

When you submit a reservation, it is assumed that you have read to and agreed with these Terms and Conditions as well as the Release of Liability Agreement.  

 

There is a minimum order of $50 (before delivery fee, we will not accept any orders under the $50 minimum). Delivery Charges Vary.

You assume all responsibility for the items while in your care. By agreeing to rent items you cannot hold Baby Gear Myrtle Beach responsible for loss or injury while items are in your care. 

 

Pick ups start at 9 a.m.

Deliveries 9 a.m. - 7 p.m. (unless you paid for priority delivery 12-5pm)

If you want to keep your items past 9 a.m. , you must add an additional day to your order. Prices do not include delivery and taxes. Same day delivery extra $20 on regular delivery.

We understand that sometimes you are leaving later in the day and want to use the items, so please add an additional day if you wish to do so ahead of time (please call or email before pick up day), otherwise you will be charged an additional day and an extra pick up fee. NO REFUNDS. We will however reschedule your reservation.
